Doctor Park is a board certified physician in Emergency Medicine. His medical school training was at George Washington University in DC. He finished his Emergency Medicine training at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City where he was also the Chief Resident. In Florida, Dr. Park opened two Medical Spas and weight loss centers. He has returned to NYC to teach at his old residency and start a nonprofit organization called Innovative Charity. He also works as a consultant for start up aesthetic practices throughout the USA.

Dr. Park has been involved in training since the start of Cosmetic Medical Training. As one of the founders, he has been committed to making sure that you have the best training experience and post training follow up. You won’t regret your decision to start your new venture with us.

Monica Halem, MD, is Assistant Professor of Clinical Dermatology in the Department of Dermatology at Columbia University, New York-Presbyterian Hospital. She is a Board Certified Dermatologist who specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, dermatologic surgery, cosmetic dermatologylaser surgery, and liposuction under tumescent anesthesia.

After graduating with collegiate honors from the University of Michigan, Dr. Halem received her medical degree with research distinction and honors from the University of Miami, School of Medicine. She then completed an internship and three year residency in General Surgery at the University of Miami. Following her General Surgery training, Dr. Halem completed a research fellowship in Cosmetic Dermatology where she conducted several clinical trials advancing the field of cosmetic dermatology. Furthering her training in Dermatology, Dr. Halem completed a Dermatology residency at the Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery at the University of Miami where she was awarded the Dermatology Skin Foundation First Place Research Award and the 2007 Outstanding Dermatologic Surgeon Award. Dr. Halem continued her training and completed a Procedural Dermatology Fellowship at the University of California San Francisco where she focused on skin cancer surgery, cosmetic and laser surgery.

Dr. Chang is a Cosmetic Surgeon who specializes in cosmetics and vein care. Originally born in Chicago, he attended Northwestern University for its prestigious Honor Program in Medical Education. Chang graduated with honors from Northwestern University Medical School in 1997, moving forward to fulfill his general and trauma surgery internship and residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center on Miami Beach, Florida in 2002. During this period, he was also an Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) instructor. Upon completion of his duties at Mount Sinai, Chang accepted the position of attending general surgeon with Memorial Healthcare System in Broward County, Florida, sharpening his surgical skill set there for four years. In 2006, Chang selected two areas of specialization – cosmetic and venous surgery – joining the surgical team at South Florida’s renowned Guylaine Lanctot Cliniques.

In addition to his training in general surgery, Chang has been specially trained in a number of cosmetic surgery procedures. He is certified in Liposuction, Smartlipo, Ultrasound Liposuction, Vaser and Lysonix Ultrasculpt; all injectables and fillers, such as Botox, Juvederm, Restylane, Perlane, Radiesse and Sculptra; and Sclerotherapy and Endovenous Laser Treatments (EVLT).

CarolAnn Johnsen is a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in aesthetics, emergency, critical care, and surgical medicine. She also has a Board Certification in Emergency Nursing. CarolAnn received her Associates degree at Palm Beach Community College; and also received her Bachelors of Science degree at Palm Beach Atlantic University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She graduated with a Master’s in Nursing, and Suma Cum Laude, from the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing at Florida Atlantic University. She is a Nurse Practitioner and is board certified in Family Practice.

CarolAnn is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Association of Medical Aesthetic Nursing. She has continued her training and has multiple certifications in advanced dermal fillers, sclera-therapy, and laser management. She was recently nominated for Nurse of the year through Palm Health Care Foundation. Carolann is a native Floridian, where she resides in Eastern Lake Worth.
